La Crevasse
Las Crevasse, SWT - The view down to Sembrancher from here is not for the queasy. Looking for something to do on a grey day, we toured up from the village of Levron to the Col du Tronc. From there we had been planning on wrapping around the corner to connect with the Col du Lien but it was socked in and snowing hard by the time we broke into the alpine. Plan ‘B’ was La Crevasse and a better choice since the run down was protected and north facing; translation powder.
